Welcome to Helio Frösundavik, our greenest Helio yet. Here you’ll find newly built, bright offices in one of Stockholm’s largest and most ambitious office buildings, with all the extras included in your office: padel courts, a full-size gym with group training, SUP rentals, a tennis court, and member activities such as breakfasts, networking events, and yoga. Helio Frösundavik is located in Hagaparken, just 30 seconds from the E4 and transportation links to Arlanda and Stockholm. The building features three different restaurants, as well as a range of wellness and fitness facilities—including a gym, padel, tennis, and much more—all included in the membership at no extra cost. Commuting

There are so many ways to get to and from Helio Frösundavik that it’s almost dizzying. You can take a car, bus, bike, commuter train, airport shuttle, light rail, or our very own electric shuttle bus. Shuttle Bus It’s certainly a luxury—Gate:01 has its very own bus. Fully electric, it runs non-stop between Solna Station and the building’s entrance on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Just hop on—it takes less than five minutes. Couldn’t be easier! Car If you choose to drive, you’ll find major highways right next door. There’s plenty of parking, even for visitors. We have a large number of charging stations, as well as a hotspot for Aimo’s electric car pool. Zoom zoom! Bus About fifteen buses stop right outside the building. They come from places like downtown Stockholm, Danderyd, Ekerö, and Solna. The 565x express bus, which departs from Cityterminalen, also stops here. The airport buses to and from Arlanda stop here as well.
