About the office

Welcome to Helio Stockholm City—as central as it gets, right above the subway, and home to Stockholm’s most exciting companies. In collaboration with the architects at CJ Studio, we’ve created a playful environment that preserves the building’s unique character by restoring the marble floors and wood paneling from its original construction. We have then enhanced this foundation with touches of inspiration from hotels around the world, where cozy environments, vibrant splashes of color, and lush greenery create an inviting atmosphere in our spacious lounges. We have bright, beautiful offices facing Sveavägen and Oxtorgsgatan, and perhaps Stockholm’s most ambitious bike room (included in membership) with showers, charging stations, and drying cabinets. We also have Restaurant Ruben on-site, where you receive a discount as a member. We strive to be Stockholm’s most personal coworking space and are proud that our members stay with us for several years on average.

Surroundings and area

Right in the heart of the city, with its bustling crowds and all the major companies just around the corner, there aren’t many places more central than this. Entrances from both Sveavägen and Malmskillnadsgatan. Directly above the Hötorget subway station.

Commuting

Getting to and from work should be easy and quick. With Sveavägen 20 right in the heart of Stockholm City, the Hötorget subway station is right in the building. Plus, it takes just a few minutes to walk to other subway lines at T-Centralen and Östermalmstorg. Not to mention that several bus lines pass right outside the door and that it’s just a few blocks to commuter trains, trams, the Arlanda Express, and long-distance trains.
