Surroundings and area

Ellipsvägen 12 is located in the heart of the rapidly expanding Kungens Kurva, one of the Nordic region’s largest commercial districts. Here, an attractive business environment is combined with proximity to both nature and the vibrant city center. The area is characterized by modern office buildings, a wide range of shops, and a vibrant array of services. It is a place with major development plans for housing, culture, services, and growing retail. The Stockholm Bypass is currently under construction and will make this a prime location within Stockholm’s largest commercial hub.

Commuting

Soon, it will be even easier to get to Kungens Kurva. A key part of this is the "Förbifart Stockholm", the first phase of which was recently inaugurated in the form of a pedestrian and bicycle bridge connecting Kungens Kurva with Skärholmen—a major step forward for both sustainable travel and improved accessibility. At the same time, work is underway on a new tram line that will connect Flemingsberg and Älvsjö via Masmo, Kungens Kurva, Skärholmen, and Fruängen, among other locations. The planned route will be 17 kilometers long and include 16 stops.
