About the office
In August 2025, we opened the doors to CoW’s newest location in Hammarby Sjöstad—welcome to CoW Sjöstaden! We offer entrepreneurs the opportunity to rent individual workstations or private rooms for 2–20 people, featuring fully furnished and customized office spaces. We handle all services, cleaning, and coffee so you can focus on your business. In a shared office space, you’ll have access to a secure and fast internet connection as well as meeting rooms included in the rent. The decor features a timeless Scandinavian style that prioritizes sustainability. We reuse approximately 70 percent of the furnishings, and new furniture and materials must meet circular economy standards—all to meet today’s high sustainability requirements.

Surroundings and area

Commuting
200 meters to the light rail and buses. 1,400 meters to the Gullmarsplan subway station. The subway’s new Blue Line – The new section of the Blue Line will pass through Hammarby Sjöstad and is scheduled to be completed in 2030. One of the exits will be located in Mårtensdal, 100 meters from Luma.
