About the office
Welcome to Flexiwork Hovet, a coworking space in the heart of Gothenburg, owned by Alecta Fastigheter. We offer flexible workspaces, 14 fully equipped meeting rooms, ergonomic office furniture, and a range of amenities designed to create a productive and comfortable work environment. We prioritize networking and community, which is why we regularly organize activities to foster collaboration and build strong business relationships among our members. Our coworking space is one of the city’s largest, with a total area of just over 3,000 square meters spread across a single floor. We also offer other amenities, such as a lovely rooftop terrace, parking spaces, and a bike garage. Additionally, we provide hobby rooms and studios, as well as gaming and fitness facilities to encourage physical activity, community, and creativity. And that’s not all—we’ll soon be opening our own gym for members to use, and this fall, our large event space, Blackbox, will be ready.

Commuting
In terms of transportation, the coworking facility is well connected to the city’s transit system, making it easy for both tenants and visitors to reach the facility. For those commuting from different parts of the city, travel times to major residential areas are reasonable.
