We offer business owners the opportunity to rent individual workstations or private offices for 2–20 people, featuring fully furnished and customized office spaces. We handle all services, cleaning, and coffee so you can focus on your business. In 2025 we opened an additional floor in the same building, offering larger rooms and offices for larger companies that want to take advantage of flexible office spaces instead of being confined to their own “traditional premises.” Here, you’ll have the option to rent private office rooms or office sections ranging from 22 to 200 square meters, accommodating up to 50 people. In a shared office space, you’ll have access to secure and fast internet connectivity as well as meeting rooms included in the rent. We reuse approximately 70 percent of the interior design, and new furniture and material choices must meet circular economy standards—all to meet today’s high sustainability requirements.
