About the office
This office venue on the third floor is modern with a combination of large open areas and private working spaces. It is home to businesses and freelancers in IT, recruitment and design. Conference and meeting room bookings are always included in the rent. Along one long side, there are eight offices facing Arkaden and a skylight that lets in natural light. The rooms on the opposite side offer views of an inner courtyard, and on the short side, you can enjoy a view of the bustling Brunnsparken. All workstations have adjustable desks and ergonomic office chairs. In the middle of the space, there is a hot desk area, separated by curtains for increased privacy. Surroundings and area
Thanks to the office's central location, there is an abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars within easy reach. Arkaden is right next door, and the Nordstan shopping center is just a few minutes' walk away. Nearby, you will also find Trädgårdsföreningen, a peaceful oasis in the city center, as well as beautiful walking paths along Vallgraven.
Communications
The office has an excellent location just around the corner from Brunnsparken, near the southern entrance to the Arkaden building. Buses and trams depart from Brunnsparken and Kungsportsplatsen to all parts of the city. For commuters, it takes only about five minutes to walk to the Central Station, where you have access to train and bus connections. A bit further away, at Stenpiren, it is possible to take the ferry to the archipelago or Hisingen.
