Here, industrial character meets new urban development, creating a unique and creative environment for businesses. Proximity to the water is a defining feature of the area’s identity, with waterfront promenades and open spaces that provide an airy atmosphere and excellent opportunities for walks during the workday. As the area develops, the selection of restaurants, cafés, and services is also growing, while you remain close to established neighborhoods like Gärdet and Östermalm. This makes Frihamnen an exciting location for companies looking to be part of a forward-thinking part of Stockholm—one with both character and great future potential.
