- “I have overall responsibility for our flexible offerings, which include co-working. The work involves being responsible for our CoW offices, members and partners together with my team,” says Malin.
For Malin, it is also the personal commitment and the feeling of contributing to the members' development that is the most rewarding.
- “The fact that I, together with the team and our members, get to be involved in developing concepts that make their working life and everyday life easier and better,” she says, highlighting the close link between the company's success and the well-being of its customers.
Key qualities for success in the coworking industry

- Listening to the customer, having a clear offer and giving quick feedback to customers, on both big and small issues,” she says, giving clear advice to those new to the industry: put the customer first.
Highlights and membership development in 2024
Fabege CoW has had several successes in 2024, particularly in Arenastaden, where they have filled up their CoW office and have now doubled the space. Membership growth has been strong and the company has dared to invest in more facilities.
- That we have filled up our CoW office in Arenastaden and decided to double the area through a Big CoW. Membership growth looks good and this has given us the courage to invest in more facilities,” says Malin.
Private offices are still in demand, which clearly reflects how the market for flexible working solutions is developing.
- “A private office is still the solution that most people want,” explains Malin.
Fabege CoW offers flexible working solutions that adapt to different needs, whether you're looking for a single workstation, your own desk or your very own office. The facilities are equipped with amenities such as bicycle garages, showers and storage rooms, making the work environment both functional and comfortable. The company focuses on creating inspiring and productive work environments for both small and large companies, and is located in Arenastaden, Hagastaden and Älvsjö.
Exciting plans for 2025
Fabege CoW has ambitious plans for 2025. The opening of a new CoW office in Hammarby Sjöstad and the expansion of the space in Arenastaden with Big CoW for larger companies will be important milestones for the company in the coming year.
- “The expansion in Arenastaden with Big CoW for companies up to 50 people and the new opening of CoW offices in Hammarby Sjöstad in our Luma property overlooking the water are clear highlights in 2025,” says Malin.
Trends to keep an eye on in 2025
When it comes to trends for the coworking industry in 2025, Malin believes that we will not see any drastic changes, but that digitization and operators' investments in collaborations and acquisitions will continue to be important drivers.
- “We don't think there will be any major disruptive changes for co-working this year. Two examples of trends I would say are a continued focus on digitization and investments from various operators - through collaborations, acquisitions or own management,” Malin concludes.
Fabege CoW thus continues to develop with a strong focus on sustainability, digitalization and customer satisfaction. With their targeted strategy and innovative solutions, the company is ready to take on the coming challenges and future successes in the coworking market.
