About the office

Four fully furnished private offices (11–29 m²) located in the newly constructed KfW 55-standard building at Rudower Chaussee 34B, suitable for independent professionals and small teams of up to five people. Features include ergonomic mesh chairs, height-adjustable desks, lockable storage units, and a soundproof telephone booth. Additionally, there is an open-plan area with a large window frontage for dedicated and flexible desks, as well as a 45 m² conference room accommodating up to 12 people. Reception is staffed Mon–Fri, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; 24/7 access via keypad entry is available for monthly members. Shared kitchen with espresso bar, fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine). Includes printer/scanner access, 1 Gbps fiber-optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a lockable storage compartment for each dedicated desk.

Commuting

By Public Transport: Adlershof S-Bahn station (lines S8, S9, S45, S46, S47, S85) is a five-minute walk away—offering direct connections to Berlin-Mitte (35 min), Ostkreuz (7 min), Schönefeld/BER Airport (10 min), and the Central Station (40 min). Buses 162 and 164 stop at Magnusstraße, just 200 meters away. By Car: Via the A113 urban motorway, Adlershof exit; Berlin-Mitte is 25 minutes away, and BER Airport is 12 minutes away. On-street parking is available free of charge in the vicinity of Rudower Chaussee. Covered bicycle parking is located directly at the entrance. Step-free access to the ground floor is available. Visitors should ring the bell at the main entrance, where the reception staff will provide directions.
