The approximately 35 square meter room is part of our cozy and welcoming psychotherapy practice at Volkspark Friedrichshain on Landsberger Allee. We are looking for a temporary tenant from December 1 through January. Slight deviations from these dates are possible. The practice is located on the first floor of an old building. Restaurants and supermarkets are available in the immediate vicinity. The practice room/office: Furnishings: 1 couch, 2 armchairs, extra chairs, private balcony, desk, external monitor, office chair, flipchart board, printer The practice: 4 practice rooms, 1 waiting room, all furnished Shared, fully equipped kitchen WC We are currently 3 colleagues, 2 psychotherapists (VT) and a psychologist in the counseling and diagnostics field Costs Rent: €700/month Printer use by arrangement
