A beautifully designed office space in one of Berlin’s most vibrant location. Our sunny office is located on the second floor (accessible via lift).We offer exclusive use of a second room (42 sqm), which can be provided fully furnished or empty, according to your needs. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a premium coffee machine, as well as two separate WCs. You'll also have access to a shared balcony (8 sqm) and a conference room (15 sqm), though use of the latter is limited and subject to discussion. A Stylish décor, including unique artwork inspired by our passion for watches. The atmosphere is warm, international, and professional. The space is flexible and can be adapted to your needs.

We are located just steps from Friedrichstraße station, and on front of the U-bahn station the office is perfectly positioned in one of Berlin’s most well-connected areas. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops in every price range, you'll find everything from quick bites to fine dining within minutes. Cultural landmarks, the Spree River, and popular spots like Gendarmenmarkt and Unter den Linden are just a short walk away. The area offers excellent public transport connections and a lively, professional atmosphere.

The office entrance is directly in front of the Oranienburger Tor U-Bahn station (U6), making commuting incredibly convenient.
