Each tenant is also allocated dedicated space in the kitchen (in the fridge/freezer and on the shelves). The office is located on a quiet side street, yet just a one-minute walk from Schönhauser Allee, where you’ll find numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops. In the other direction, there are also cafés and restaurants, as well as a supermarket (Lidl) just a few meters away. This means the office offers a calm, focused working environment while still being surrounded by a wide range of amenities. The Schönhauser Allee Arcaden are also just a 5-minute walk away.
Commuting
The “Schönhauser Allee/Bornholmer Str.” stop is the closest station, just a few meters away. The S-Bahn station “S Schönhauser Allee” is only a 5-minute walk away. There are parking spots right in front of the building, but you need to purchase a parking ticket.
