The city’s premier address combined with a true real estate gem. Our 5-star office is located in the historic Girardet House on Kö-Graben—completely renovated in 2020. Staying true to our track record of success, this architectural gem from the early 20th century fits perfectly into our portfolio. About 100 years ago, the unique arcades were built on Königsallee, which remain a hallmark of this monumental structure to this day. The facades are clad in light gray Bavarian shell limestone and feature sculptures by the Düsseldorf artist Albert Pehle. An extravagant canopy, complete with a gold-colored clock handcrafted by the Bernhard Förster bronze foundry, towers above the entrance area. This is where the main entrance to our luxurious workspace with concierge service is located. The building on Königsallee is now a listed historic landmark—and quite rightly so, in our opinion.
