About the office
workish.berlin (Harzer Str. 39) is a place for work—and for everything else that goes along with it. Spread across three light-filled floors in a historic building in Neukölln, you’ll find coworking spaces, private offices, and event rooms, plus a creative basement housing the FabLab NK and artist studios. Whether you’re a small team or need an entire floor, the spaces are flexible, open, and full of character. High ceilings, lots of glass, and communal areas create a relaxed environment where ideas take shape and collaboration happens naturally. With 150+ members from creative and technical fields, this isn’t just a place to work: together, we organize exhibitions, workshops, synth jams, photo shoots, and yoga sessions. And if you just want to unwind, the best way to do it is with a beer in the large backyard.

Surroundings and area
Located at Harzer Str. 39 in Neukölln, right along the canal, workish is well connected while still feeling calm with a peaceful patio and big backyard. aTreptower Park is close by for a walk or a break by the water. The neighborhood is full of cafés, bakeries, and casual spots for lunch or after-work beers. Street parking around Harzer Straße is also usually manageable.
Commuting
The nearest S-Bahn is Sonnenallee and Trepotwer Park, and the U-Bahn is a short walk away at Rathaus Neukölln U-Bahn station. Several bus lines run nearby along Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx-Straße, making it easy to get around the city. Our location offers street parking which is usually quite managable.
