About the office
Mindspace Zimmerstraße is an eight-floor, high-end flexible workspace with a boutique design, located in Mitte - the beating heart of Berlin. This stand-alone building is situated right next to the historic Berlin Wall crossing point Checkpoint Charlie. The space, covering 4,500 square meters, includes an event space on the ground floor, as well as lounges, kitchens, meeting rooms, and 89 private offices - each holding 2 to 50 workstations. Real wood floors and even marble in the kitchens were installed to create an exclusive space. Many offices have private balconies and some are equipped with their own meeting rooms. In addition, there is an inhouse gym, yoga room and a cafe on the ground floor.

Surroundings and area
Mindspace is located at Zimmerstraße 78, right on the corner of Friedrichstraße on the border of Mitte and Kreuzberg. Berlin-Mitte is one of the liveliest areas in Berlin, and the area is teeming with eager business people and curious tourists. This charming contrast is part of today's Berlin. A second away is the Gendarmenmarkt with neoclassical and neo-baroque magnificent buildings. Architecturally uniform, it is not for nothing that it is called "the most beautiful square in Berlin". Alexanderplatz is about two kilometers away and can be reached on foot in half an hour. Potsdamer Platz is about a 15-minute walk away.
Communications
The Kochstraße U-Bahn and Stadtmitte U-Bahn are located just in front of our doors on Zimmerstrasse 78. The U6 primarily runs here, but buses do as well. The S-Bahn runs at Potsdamer Platz, a fifteen-minute walk away.
