About the office
Our St Oberholz location at Zehdenicker straße is equipped with many small commercial units in the basement and was built in 1868 by a cigar manufacturer. In addition to classic coworking structures, the building also provides private offices, team rooms and the roof-top workshop apartment LEM. Our St. Oberholz Café and our coworking lobby were used as accommodation for construction workers during the DDR - with many wild stories that the neighbors tell. It has actually stayed the same to this day, only that it is much more digital!

Surroundings and area
Our location at Zehdenicker Straße is located in a side street of the good old Torstrasse. Only 400 meters from Rosenthaler Platz. There is a public working café here that has the feel of Torstrasse but is a little quieter. Otherwise you will find all kinds of restaurants and cafés to meet colleagues or customers, but also shops to work off your private to-do list.
