Surroundings and area

Skøyen is the area on the west side of Oslo that has seen the most development in recent decades. Here you will find residential buildings, commercial buildings, shops, restaurants, and a full range of services. Strategically located between the city's lush parks and bustling city life, Skøyen offers a harmonious balance between work and relaxation. Whether you are looking for an inspiring work environment, a gastronomic experience, or a place to relax, Skøyen has everything you need and more.

Commuting

INC. Skøyen is located just 600 meters from Skøyen station, a hub for trams, buses, and trains. In 2027, the Fornebu Line with the Skøyen station will be ready. The Fornebu Line will run between Fornebu and Majorstuen and will be a key factor in increasing public transport accessibility between large parts of Oslo's western suburbs.
