We are an artist studio located in the industrial building of Loods 6 (KNSM-Laan, Amsterdam), and we offer various desks for rent in our studio. The building is situated next Sissy Boy and in close proximity to shops and eateries. Loods 6 is easily accessible via tram line 7 and the ferry to Noord. Each workstation includes a desk with chair; we have big windows with natural light as well as artificial light. The rental price covers service charges and internet connection. Additionally, tenants have access to a small kitchen. You'll have 24/7 access to your workstation. The building has a large balcony perfect for a summer lunch and also several common areas furnished with tables and chairs. Rent is €250 excluding VAT per month. We will be working on our projects in the same space as you, but we can ensure a quiet and calm environment around you.
