Workaround's service is free of charge for prospective tenants as our landlords pay us to market their solutions. Our driving force is to quickly find the right office at the best possible price for you as a tenant since our ambition is to be a trusted partner every time your office needs change. In the last five years alone, almost 30% of our matchmaking come from return customers.

Our four-step process is well proven with over 1 000 successful brokerings in the last five years.

  1. Vision. We create a mutual understanding of your office needs and convert your greater vision into clearly defined criteria for our search.
  2. Matching. We match your vision and criteria against currently available office solutions and off-the-market premises. We list a number of potential office solutions and evaluate together.
  3. Viewings. We perform an initial inspiration tour in order to further narrow down the list of potential offices. 1-3 additional viewing tours follow in order to select the best possible solution.
  4. Negotiation and Contracts. Workaround support throughout negotiations up to contract signing. When needed, Workaround will support with hand over to interior design and office services partners.
