Located in a beautiful old factory building within walking distance of both Museumplein and Leidseplein, and with Vondelpark in our backyard, our location houses all types of desk solutions and private offices ranging from 35 m2 to 70 m2. At ground level you enter a shop that houses an espresso bar, a hairdresser and a tattoo shop. Upstairs you’ll find bright & fully renovated workspace only accessible to members.

Surroundings and area
Stretch your legs in our backyard called Vondelpark or try one of the many bars & restaurants in the area. This neighborhood is bustling day and night and there are plenty of options for everyone in terms of dining, shopping and drinking. A supermarket is located right across the street from our workspace and there are plenty of indie arts and crafts stores around the block.
Communications
Our workspace is located close to a number of communication alternatives. Parking is not included in rent, but street parking is available nearby and public transportation takes you to the city centre in minutes. Tram stop 1e Con Huygensstraat serving tram line 1 is located 1 minute from our entrance, and Tram stop Amsterdam Overtoom serving tram line 3 is a 2 minute walk away from our doors.
