When you think of Marne-la-Vallée, you immediately think of the Disneyland Paris Park, but you'll also find a large number of establishments close to our premises that have sprung up on the outskirts of the famous theme park. Hotels, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars, shopping centres and even golf courses and swimming pools - there's no shortage of places of interest in the area. For a refreshing stroll during your lunch break or after your day's work, you can take a fifteen-minute walk to the Parc de Fontenelle or the great Armainvilliers forest, just a few minutes' drive away.

Commuting

There are several public transport options close to 14 Avenue de l'Europe in Montévrain. Bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away, including ‘Centre Hospitalier’, ‘Louis de Vion’ and ‘Gare de Val d'Europe’, which are served by various bus routes that will take you to the surrounding communes. Val d'Europe RER station (line A) is also just a 10-minute walk away, offering fast connections to central Paris and other destinations in the Paris region, such as the La Défense business district. In addition, the proximity of Val d'Europe SNCF station and the A4 motorway exit makes it easy to travel by train (within France, but also to Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK) and by car.
