Commuting

The 1st arrondissement has excellent public transport links. Numerous metro, bus and RER lines make it easy to get around the arrondissement and the rest of the city. Just a few metres from our premises at 2 rue Jean Lantier, you'll find Châtelet station, one of the most important in the capital, where you can catch metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14, as well as RER lines A, B and D. RER line C is just on the other side of the Ile de la Cité. Numerous buses criss-cross the area, providing links to Clichy, Suresnes, Kremlin-Bicêtre, Porte d'Orléans and Porte des Lilas. While it's true that access by car can be complicated at rush hour, the cycle lanes on nearby rue de Rivoli will encourage gentler modes of travel.
