Morning

About the office

Our Morning Bayard offices occupy the ground floor of an eight-storey building, redesigned by architecture firm Axel Schoenert to provide 800m² of coworking space. Located on rue Bayard, in the renovated premises of the former RTL radio station, this space displays its modernity with a perforated brass façade, in the heart of Paris' golden triangle, between avenue Montaigne and rue François 1er. Located on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard, Morning Bayard offers a secure, personalised environment for its residents. It offers a variety of options ranging from spacious private offices to convivial shared spaces, meeting the needs of organisations wishing to benefit from a premium working environment. The advantages of Morning Bayard are numerous: well-equipped meeting rooms, green patios for relaxing moments, a catering area for gourmet breaks, a gym and a rooftop with a breathtaking view of the capital.
