About the office
Located at 10 rue du Faubourg Montmartre, we offer several office floors available for lease in a 19th century building with three spacious floors. On the 3rd floor, you'll find an 835 sq.m. platform that can accommodate 60 to 100 workstations, on the 4th floor, a 301 sq.m. platform designed for 22 to 32 workstations, and on the 5th floor, a 255 sq.m. platform suitable for 20 to 30 workstations. It is also possible to rent the entire building or several floors for a single company. We also offer coworking space for freelancers and smaller companies. The building also has 41 parking spaces. Services and facilities such as contemporary furniture, regular cleaning service, high-speed wi-fi, printer, coffee machine and water cooler are included to enable you to concentrate fully on developing your business.
