Discover our office rental offer in the prestigious 8th arrondissement of Paris, located at 3 rue d'Edimbourg. Deskeo offers you two private office spaces, both of which can accommodate 36 people, one on the 3rd floor of our building and the other on the 4th. Our workspace is nestled in the heart of a magnificent, luxurious Haussmann building. The 3rd and 4th floor floors, as well as the common areas, have been renovated to provide an optimal working environment. Featuring open spaces, meeting rooms and lounges, this space has all the facilities you need to support your day-to-day professional activity. At Deskeo, we offer you an environment where you'll feel right at home! We also include a range of services such as furniture, cleaning, high-speed wifi, printer, coffee machine and water cooler, so you can concentrate fully on your growth.

Commuting

The district is served by several metro stations, including Europe station (line 3) and Saint-Lazare station (lines 3, 12, 13 and 14). These lines offer fast connections to other parts of Paris and to distant destinations. Saint-Lazare station, close to the Europe district, is served by the E line of the RER, offering fast connections to the eastern suburbs of Paris and other destinations in the Paris region. Transiliens trains to the western suburbs of Paris and TER trains to Normandy also leave from the station. A dense network of bus routes crosses the district, offering a convenient alternative for getting around Paris.
