Between Goetheplatz and Theresienwiese, we offer two to three workspaces on Herzog-Heinrich-Straße for creative minds, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and self-employed professionals seeking an inspiring environment. A meeting room is available for uninterrupted discussions, and the courtyard terrace is perfect for enjoying creative breaks. Of course, a fully equipped kitchen and a restroom are also at your disposal. To make the best use of our beautiful office, we are looking for a subtenant interested in up to three fully furnished workspaces. You are welcome to bring your own furniture if needed. The office is modernly furnished, featuring a spacious room for desks and a ground-floor entrance with a storefront. The two-level courtyard is ideal for meetings or coffee breaks in good weather.
