About the office
We are subletting our beautiful large window front of our office incl. walk-through room directly at Gärtnerplatz in Munich. The rooms are accessible from the street side, are located on the first floor and are very bright. You have access to the toilet and the shared small kitchenette. Overall, the office would then be a 3-party office. The two rooms at the back are used by us and sublet. The premises can be used furnished (for a surcharge or transfer fee) or unfurnished on request. Furthermore, the furnishing is up to you, structural changes must of course be agreed. Minimum term: 6 months

Surroundings and area
Right next to Gärtnerplatz in a traffic-calmed neighborhood. On the opposite side of the street is our restaurant "SIGGIS v/gan dine & co - Gärtnerplatzviertel", where we are also happy to invite you for an espresso or an after-work beer. The Viktualienmarkt (approx. 5 min) or Marienplatz (approx. 10 min) are also within walking distance. In the neighboring building, the traditional Munich company Rischart produces its delicacies for the whole city.
Communications
There is a parking garage nearby, otherwise you are very well connected with the U2 Fraunhoferstraße (approx. 7 min) and the S-Bahn Isartor (approx. 5 min). You can also park bicycles in the inner courtyard if you wish.
