We are incredibly proud to announce that the time has finally come: the Workaround Coworking Awards are heading to Berlin!
Following four successful years in Stockholm, where our initiative rapidly grew into the industry's largest and most important annual event and the essential meeting point for industry players, we feel tremendous energy in launching the competition in Berlin's fast-growing flexible workspace market.
The coworking industry in Stockholm has in the last few year transformed from a niche into a force that is redefining the concept of office solutions, a momentum we are keenly tracking and celebrating in Berlin's rapidly evolving market as well. This dynamic environment, characterized by fast growth and increasing complexity, creates a pressing demand for the same transparent platform and dedicated industry meeting point that we have successfully established in Sweden.
"It is hugely inspiring to bring our successful initiative to Berlin. After seeing the Workaround Coworking Awards become such a vital meeting place in Sweden, where we highlighted the best brands, coworking spaces, and most dedicated individuals, we look forward to creating the same buzz and gathering point in Germany," says Nikolas Westmann, Head of Sales Germany at Workaround.
From Stockholm Success to Berlin Highlight
In Stockholm, the Workaround Coworking Awards created a platform for recognizing the players who, in different ways, drive the industry forward. Despite the industry's rapid development, there has been a lack of a unified forum that, in a data-driven and transparent way, highlights those who truly stand out - until now.
"While we at Workaround believe that every coworking space and brand is doing incredibly important work in shaping a dynamic office market, our goal is to highlight the players that stand out in exceptional ways. Given our position as the largest marketplace for the industry in Germany, annually supporting more than 2 000 companies in their search for a flexible office solution, and possessing the market's most comprehensive database, we are uniquely positioned to host this initiative." explains Nikolas Westmann.
The nomination process is built upon extensive data analysis from our marketplace, combined with targeted surveys sent to tenants and landlords. This ensures that the winners are truly those who stand out and deserve to be recognized!
